DROOL is the production company of Director Freddie Powell and Executive Producer Genevieve Sheppard. It was founded in 2020 with the intention of staying small and focusing on better. It is an entirely bespoke approach to production hell bent on getting the best out of the work. Heart and soul is poured into every millisecond and you can feel it in their house style which oozes with energy, love and craft.

Freddie spent his early career in advertising moving through Wieden + Kennedy’s offices creating and overseeing the most lauded work in the network. Now directing, Freddie brings his signature energy and playfulness to everything he points the camera at. His childlike way of seeing the world combined with his unrivaled level of craft gives the work a unique quality that’s hard to find.

Genevieve runs production. She’s worked on long-form, short-form and in-between-form on both the production company and agency sides. She’s faced every challenge under the sun and from all angles which makes her unflappable. Genevieve understands who and what it takes to make great work and will go to the ends of the earth to make it happen.
